During the implementation of a contact centre deployment recently, our engineers discovered that connections to the Avaya Altitude and uSupervisor platforms could not be made available for security reasons. The customer tasked Plasmanet with finding an alternative solution that would collect and deliver data as required.

The prime requirement was to extract a selection of data, aggregate it and present to a large format display screen in real time.

Plasmanet’s database expertise came into its own and with just a weeks development time a new collection method had been devised, tested and put into place.

After a week of testing, and with a couple of small amendments to the configuration, the result met the client brief exactly as scoped at the pre-contract stage.
