The challenge
An international energy company required a tool that would allow them to manage their internal communications effectively, efficiently and consistently across their UK offices in London and the South East, as well as Singapore.
The Communications Teams needed to control corporate messaging throughout the office locations, as well as target specific messages to individual business groups and areas.
The solution
Plasmanet delivered a bespoke internal communications channel, complete with a brand consistent user interface and branded slide templates. 112 screens have been placed in key thoroughfares, client and non-client facing areas, restaurants and key business areas, including the trading floors.
The fully flexible system enables the centralised Communications Team to control corporate content and target specific information. At the same time local business units create and schedule their own relevant content.
Plasmanet continues to manage and support implementation of communications, as required, including slide design and development.
This new channel has become the most important internal communications channel for this Client. As a result, Plasmanet is preparing to roll-out the solution internationally.
